Delivery Policy :

Furniturepark endeavours to provide to its customers the best delivery service. We usually estimate all delivery costs based on ground floor/front door basis, unless stated otherwise.

Products are typically dispatched within a day of order confirmation.

While we try to ensure that the product reaches you within the delivery time communicated, exigencies may delay the delivery. In such cases, please do not worry. Get in touch with us for the latest update on your shipment if we have already not gotten in touch with you.

For pre-orders, the estimated delivery time is 10 – 12 days starting from the day of shipping. The day of shipping is indicated on your product page at the time of order. Please note that we will NOT be able to ship pre-orders earlier than the indicated time.

Returns :

We make sure to serve our customers with an ultimate online furniture shopping experience by offering the best quality products. We ensure to resolve any issues in case you are not satisfied.
Our return and refund policy process is as below.

If you have received a damaged product?

In case you receive a product that has been damaged during the transit or is defective we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and would request the customer to file a return request via an email on complaints@furnitureparkonline.com with the complain details or call to contact numbers in the website

If you wish to cancel your order?

We understand that due to any uncertain reasons you might wish to cancel your order. In such cases, we would request our customers to place the cancellation request within 2hrs of your order placement. The cancellation request within 2hrs has been made due to the consideration that we custom manufacture each furniture piece at our unit as per the exact specifications of our customers.

How do I receive the refund amount?

The creditable refund amount is processed via the same means through which the order was placed.

How long does the refund take?

The estimated time duration that shall be required to process the refund amount shall be 7 working days.

Custom Product refund policy?

Custom made orders are non-refundable. If in case any damages occur while shipment of the product, will get it repaired. Also there can be a delay of 2 weeks in delivery time for custom furniture.
